First time user?
- Click the Home link (above) and then the Student LogIn link.
- Enter your university e-mail as the username.
- Enter your university e-mail with ALL LOWERCASE letters as your password.
Returning user?
- Check your caps lock key - your password is case sensitive.
- Make sure you are using your Chem21Labs password and not your University password or course management system password - they are different.
Still can't LogIn?
Enter your Chem21Labs username (this should be your university email address) in the form below and click the Submit button. Your password will be changed to a random set of characters and sent it to the email that matches your Chem21Labs username. If you do not receive the email, check your spam filter. If you still haven't received your new password after 30 minutes, do one of the following two things:
- Email your TA or instructor and ask them to reset your password.
- Email support@chem21labs.com from the email account that matches your Chem21Labs username.
