You cannot be simultaneously logged in as two users (for example: Instructor and Student) in the same browser even if using multiple tabs or windows. You must log off completely to successfully log in as a different user.

However, you can be logged in as two different users if you have two different browsers (Chem21 recommends Firefox and IE)
